More About

Q&A

Outside of therapy, you’ll often find me…
Near the water...boating, camping, or out on a hike somewhere in nature. Sunshine is my favourite for of self care, and being outdoors is where I recharge and find the most peace.
A small ritual that grounds me is…
Stepping outside to enjoy a few moments of sunshine, listen to the sounds around e and taken in the fresh air.
Something that brings me joy is…
Being with family and friends
