Sheena Shilton, founder and owner has over 20 years in the Addiction and Mental Health Field, she has worked with a variety of complex issues that can arise from these difficulties. Passionate about delivering addiction treatment to individuals, families and groups. Her approach is psycho-educational, using a variety of modalities and cognitive behavioural therapy to help change destructive and dysfunctional behaviour patterns that are interfering with daily life. Sheena has owned a private practice for the past 10 years and has had the privilege of becoming an expert in assisting individuals to process the journey of Addiction and Mental Health; in addressing the complex issues that substance use assists in hiding and suppressing, along with the family impact.
