Welcome. I’m a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC), Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Level 2 (CCTP-II), Reiki Level I & II Practitioner, and Licensed Naturotherapist. I offer a compassionate, trauma-informed space where you can begin to heal, grow, and reconnect with yourself. You may feel overwhelmed by trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, or emotional reactivity. You want to feel grounded, connected, and more in control. I help youth and adults understand the emotions beneath behaviours and build nervous system regulation.I specialize in trauma-informed care and nervous system regulation. I help youth and adults navigate trauma, substance use, dissociation, ADHD, and emotional overwhelm. I offer an integrative approach using CBT, DBT, EFT, Polyvagal Theory, Somatic Therapy, and Mindfulness. You don’t have to face this alone. Whether you're navigating trauma, anxiety, substance use, or feeling stuck in survival mode, I offer a safe, compassionate space to explore what’s beneath the surface.
