My experience has been supporting those experiencing a variety of struggles, including anxiety, depression, trauma, life changes, and relationship difficulties. A lot of the people I've supported have been in marginalized communities including the LGBTQIA2S+ community, people experiencing barriers due to disabilities, and those experiencing houselessness and substance use struggles. As a therapist I utilize a person centred approach that is rooted in attachment, relying heavily on the relationship that is being developed between myself and the client. When I'm not in the office, you can find me playing/coaching baseball (and other not as good sports) with my children, listening to music, reading, and trying to find a body of water to be near.

"Finding a therapist who genuinely understands my community made all the difference. Nathan never made me feel like I had to explain myself - just honest, supportive conversations rooted in real understanding. I'm so grateful I found him." - R.V., Alberta Client
