About

Meet

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel challenging, and my goal is to create a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process where we can explore your experiences, better understand yourself, and develop tools to help you navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and compassion.Throughout our lives, we develop ways of coping that may have once served an important purpose but no longer support the person we are today.

Together, we can explore patterns of thoughts, emotions, and behaviours that may be keeping you stuck and work toward creating healthier, more fulfilling ways of responding to yourself and the world around you.I support individuals experiencing challenges related to anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, life transitions, and relationships. My approach is client-centred and strength-based, incorporating strategies from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) to help you build self-awareness, regulate emotions, manage distress, and develop practical skills that align with your goals.

I believe you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you by providing guidance, support, and a compassionate perspective as you work toward meaningful change. It would be a privilege to be part of your journey toward improved mental wellness.
