About

Meet

My favourite part of being a therapist is creating a space for my clients where they feel supported and free of judgement; and I believe that the role of the therapist is to support our growth and highlight our strengths. As your therapist I will use the experience and insight I have gained over the last 20 years working in the addiction and mental health field to inform how we tackle your goals together. Working with adolescents, adults, families, and couples; I have specific experience and training in addiction and recovery support, emotional regulation, coping with stress and anxiety, dealing with depression and other mental health concerns, and couples therapy. I look forward to meeting with you!
