About

Meet

As a Counsellor, I offer a collaborative, compassionate counselling space where clients can explore patterns, heal from trauma, and build practical tools for change. I facilitate a Client-Centered approach as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) to a diverse set of clients dealing with stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, ADHD, grief, and PTSD. Together we can revisit hard times that will help resolve negative beliefs about ourselves and increase confidence and self-esteem. I work collaboratively to explore value and belief systems, identify your thought and behavioural patterns. In our work together we can develop a strategy to problem-solve and achieve personal and professional goals.I hold a Masters degree in Counselling from City University of Seattle. I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC #12839) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA).I am a strong believer in shared experiences. I facilitate a trusting and non judgmental counselling relationship which is essential for you to feel safe, empowered and grow more capable and confident in making decisions to life’s daily challenges. If you're ready for change and would like to work as a team I look forward to seeing you in a session.
