About

Meet

I am a registered clinical counsellor and I use a trauma informed approach in counselling, while also implementing person centred, narrative, and emotionally focused techniques to treat a variety of client concerns. EMDR is also used to help emotional and mental evolvement regardless of trauma and life circumstances. I value the client-counsellor relationship and make every effort to ensure I demonstrate congruency with the experiences of my clients.  I strongly believe in the empowerment that comes from increasing personal voice.
