I am a licensed counsellor with more than 15 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through emotional and psychological challenges. My work focuses on anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, addiction recovery, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.Over the years, I have trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, trauma informed approaches, and EMDR. I work closely with individuals who are navigating emotional stress, relationship conflicts, identity questions, and the unique experiences of living with ADHD or autism. My professional journey has taken me across several countries where I have worked with people from diverse cultural backgrounds, including individuals and families affected by trauma, migration, and major life changes. These experiences have shaped my understanding of how deeply our environments, relationships, and life experiences influence mental health.Alongside my clinical work, I am also involved in research, teaching, and writing. I hold a PhD in Psychology and teach counselling psychology at the graduate level as an adjunct professor. My work brings together clinical practice, behavioural science, and research to better understand how people grow, adapt, and heal.In therapy, my goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and understood. Therapy is not about changing who you are. It is about helping you understand yourself more deeply, build practical tools for emotional wellbeing, and move toward a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and connected.

"Karnveer brings a rare depth of knowledge combined with genuine warmth - you can tell he's both a seasoned clinician and someone who truly cares. He helped me understand patterns I'd been carrying for years and gave me tools I actually use." - P.S., British Columbia Client
