Her therapeutic style is eclectic using a client-centered, strengths-based approach rooted in positive psychology. Kara-Leah uses methods that ensure clients feel empowered and in control of the counselling process. She believes clients should focus on making client-centered decisions.Kara-Leah has a strong interest in sexual expansion and empowerment, affirming sexual expression, identity, and orientation, increasing intimacy, and enhancing trust and sexual satisfaction through communication and exploration.
