About

Meet

On the outside, you may seem capable and put together. Inside, you may be overthinking every decision, comparing your life to everyone else's, or feeling pressure to get things right before you can rest.

I'm Jessica Ruppert, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). I work with adults navigating anxiety, OCD, ADHD, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and life transitions, especially when the pressure to keep up has made it hard to trust yourself or feel present in your life.

My approach is relational, warm, and practical. Therapy is a place to slow down, understand the patterns running the show, and respond with compassion rather than self-criticism. You do not need to be "fixed" or arrive with a perfectly organized story. We will begin where you are, make sense of what feels difficult, and find practical ways to move forward that feel genuine and sustainable.

I offer online therapy across Ontario. Book a free consultation to see if we're a good fit.

Testimonials
Clients are saying...

"I came to Jessica feeling completely overwhelmed and honestly not even sure what I needed. She never made me feel like I had to have it together. Over time I actually started to understand my anxiety instead of just fighting it. It's the first time therapy has felt like it was actually for me." - E.S., Ontario Client

More About

Q&A

Outside of therapy, you’ll often find me…
Trying new recipes/food (I'm a massive foodie and am big in the sourdough game), travelling (I lived nomadically for 3+ years!), and and picking up new sports and activities (next up, pickleball!)
A small ritual that grounds me is…
Making sure my space is clean and organized before I start my day.
A book, quote, or idea I often return to is…
Carl Rogers' paradox: "The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I change." It's at the heart of everything I do as a therapist.
