About

Meet

If you are looking to discover new and innovative ways to pursue happiness in life, with the intent of increasing self-awareness, becoming connected, and at peace with yourself and your relationships, I am here to assist you in your path to achieving a unique, self-fulfilling and meaningful way of living. My passion for helping and guiding people towards psychological health and wellness was first ignited while practicing at a correctional facility alongside an elite multidisciplinary team. Working primarily in mental health and addictions, I was inspired to educate, empower and assist individuals in improving their own psychological health and well-being. While expanding my knowledge and understanding in mental health throughout my career and educational journey, I obtained my certificate from the University of Toronto for concurrent disorders. I furthered my overall understanding in this field by obtaining a rewarding career in children's mental health. This new venture enabled me to work collaboratively with children and their families with the intent of creating stronger, healthier relationships within many different types of family dynamics.I possess a strong belief that every individual has room for growth. Every person is unique, beautiful and inspiring, but can also become stuck, unhappy and unable to live a fulfilling life. My passion and goal is to meet you wherever you happen to be in life, and walk along side you on your journey to help you achieve success in your own individual pursuit of happiness. As a passionate and registered Social Worker, my experience allows me to understand the best ways to address each individual's needs in an effective manner. I am flexible in my approach and use collaboration as the basis of my therapy.I’m committed to creating a personalized approach that empowers you to live a better and healthier life.
