Ashley is an advanced clinical practitioner with more than 20 years of mental health experience supporting diverse clients across a range of mental health settings. She specializes in complex mental health concerns including attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism spectrum disorder (ASD), anxiety, depression, attachment issues, grief and loss, and trauma. Ashley uses a collaborative approach to help clients build self-awareness, draw on their strengths, and find meaningful solutions. Within a supportive therapeutic relationship, she works with clients to understand their unique unhelpful behavior patterns, negative self-talk, and complex family dynamics that may be limiting progress. Together, you will identify practical steps to create lasting, meaningful change.
